Upcoming game:Georgia vs Florida

Georgia Bulldogs will be facing Florida Gators on Saturday afternoon. This game is known as the “World’s Largest Cocktail Party”. This game is being played in Jacksonville. Georgia Bulldogs haven’t beaten Florida Gators since 2007. Georgia is tied in 1st place with South Carolina in the SEC East division. Georgia is 5-2, 4-1 in conference play.

Georgia Bulldogs are coming off a bye week, Florida is also coming off a bye week. Georgia has won 5 in a row, Florida lost to Auburn 17-6 on October 15. Quarterback John Brantley who got injured earlier in the month, is listed as probable for this week’s game. Aaron Murray of Georgia is hoping he can continue his passing touchdowns success and hopes to have ZERO interceptions. This game is broadcast nationally on CBS at 3:30pm.

Florida is in 3rd place in the East division with a 4-3, 2-3 conference record. Florida Gators is coached by Will Muschamp, who played for Georgia from 1991-1994. Head Coach Mark Richt has only beaten Florida Gators only twice (2004,2007). He has came close beaten Florida a few times including last season. Georgia lost to Florida in OT last year. Georgia will be more mentally and physically prepared in this year’s game. Alec Ogletree who is the middle linebacker and wide receiver Malcolm Mitchell will be playing after missing some playing time due to injuries.

Georgia should and will win this game, if they don’t this season will be wasted. Georgia NEEDS TO BEAT FLORIDA!!! I hope the Bulldogs use some trick plays against the Florida defense. This game will tell determine if Georgia can make or break for the rest of the year.
