The Georgia Bulldogs will be without a pair of starters on New Year’s day when they face Nebraska in the TaxSlayer.com Gator Bowl.

Sophomores Josh Harvey-Clemons and Sheldon Dawson have both been suspended due to what Sports Information Director Claude Felton terms “a violation of team rules.”

Harvey-Clemons has started every game at safety since returning from an opening game suspension against Clemson, he is the team’s third leading tackler and will be missed as the young Dawg defense faces the run happy Cornhuskers.

Dawson has played in every game and was a starting cornerback against Georgia Tech.
