Future Georgia Bulldogs Terry Godwin and Sage Hardin on NFHS Network

Fall arrives in days and evening temperatures are moderate. If you have put off attending a high school football game because of the heat and humidity, you will need a better reason this week.

Or, perhaps to prevent mortal humiliation, the high school sophomore at your house has banished you from this week’s game. Click here to catch some great high school football and watch future Georgia Bulldogs Terry Godwin and Sage Hardin as well thanks to the NFHS Network.

Terry Godwin makes an encore appearance with his Callaway High team on the NFHS Network. Callaway travels to Harris County Friday for a non-region game between two similar teams. The competition could be entertaining. Broadcast time is 7:00 PM.

The 5’11” 166 lb Godwin is the top Rivals.com rated athlete in Georgia and a Rivals number 8 national recruit.

The regular edition of the Sage Hardin show airs Friday at 7:30 PM on the NFHS Network when Marist travels to Stone Mountain. Marist and Hardin, a 6’6” 260 lb offensive line recruit, are making their third straight appearance on the NFHS Network. Marist is 3 – 0 including a win over Tallahassee powerhouse Godby. Stone Mountain is winless. Anything can happen in region play, but tune in early.

Hardin is a Rivals three star offensive line recruit. With a listed height of 6’6”, Hardin projects as a tackle at the college level.

Stephenson travels to Creekside for a game airing Friday at 10 PM (tape delay) on Georgia Public Television. Unfortunately, both squads will be without their Georgia commitments.

Creekside’s Jayson Stanley will not play this season due to injury. Stanley is a 6’2” 205 lb Rivals three star wide receiver recruit.

Chancey Rivers of Stephenson may not play. The Red and Black reported a Rivers’ tweet from September 5 that he would miss two weeks with a high ankle sprain. It is not possible for Dawn of the Dawg to confirm most injuries.

Rivers is a 6’2″ 254 lbs recruit Rivals four-star defensive end recruit.
