Georgia Football: Atmosphere should be fun with ‘SEC Nation’ in town

Georgia head coach Mark Richt said that he’s concerned about the atmosphere and energy at Sanford Stadium with his Georgia Bulldogs looking at a noon kickoff for a big game against the Tennessee Volunteers.

Never fear coach Richt, the SEC Network is here to save the day and get the fans pumped up early in the morning before they arrive at the stadium.

ESPN’s SEC Network will be broadcasting their traveling pregame show ‘SEC Nation’ direct from Myers Quad on the University of Georgia campus, and if having that crew on campus can’t get everyone fired up, then I’m not sure what will.

The broadcast will begin at 10am, and will be seen live on the SEC Network. The hosts of the show are veteran broadcaster Joe Tessitore, former LSU great Marcus Spears, former Florida Gator QB Tim Tebow, the lovely Kaylee Hartung and of course, the venerable Paul Finebaum.

The Bulldog Nation can spend some time in Myers Quad with the SEC Nation crew, showing the entire conference how electric the atmosphere in Athens, Ga. can be, before heading over to Sanford Stadium to watch the Dawgs and Vols renew their SEC rivalry.

Mark Richt agrees that the crowd needs to be a big part of this game.
