The 2025 NFL Draft is right around the corner as it is scheduled to begin April 24 in Green Bay. This is an extra exciting time for Georgia football fans because UGA is always well represented throughout the draft every year.
On top of that, Georgia typically has a few players selected in the first round of the draft each year as well, which makes for an extremely memorable moment for those players.
Most players expected to be picked in the first round will be in attendance at the draft, that way they can go up on stage when their name is called. Since Georgia typically has a few players drafted in the first round, UGA fans regularly get to see their favorite players walk up on stage and put the hat of their new team on.
The list of players who will attend the NFL Draft next week was just announced, and two Bulldogs will be in attendance this year.

Mykel Williams and Malaki Starks to attend NFL Draft
Defensive lineman Mykel Williams and safety Malaki Starks will be the two Bulldogs representing Georgia at the draft next week.
Both players are very deserving to be at the draft next week as most draft experts believe they will be drafted in the first round. That is an important note because usually players who will be taken outside of the first round will not be invited because the first round is the only round of the draft that takes place on the opening day. So all of the extra fesitivities take place on Thursday before the final two days where the only thing that happens is Roger Goodell announcing each pick.
The only Bulldog missing is Jalon Walker who figures to be a first round pick as well, but for whatever reason he was either not invited or chose not to attend.
Regardless, this year's draft should once again be an awesome time for Georgia fans. UGA is predicted to be one of the schools with the most picks, so get ready to hear a lot of Bulldogs called next week in Green Bay.
