Senator Blutarsky can’t understand Florida getting a free pass right now (and neither can I, but that’s another topic for another day). I can’t understand the Akransas and Auburn love floating around college football during the 2010 preseason.

Georgia beat Arkansas in 2009.  Georgia beat Arkansas in Fayetteville. Arkansas had an off week prior to the game. Arkansas held a +2 turnover margin. Ryan Mallett played the best game of his career. Arkansas held an 11 point lead to start the 2nd quarter. Still, Georgia won…by 11 to be precise.

Georgia beat Auburn in 2009. Auburn had more total yards than Georgia. Auburn led by 14 points at the beginning of the 2nd quarter. Still, Georgia won.

It’s as if some analysts have chosen to ignore that Georgia beat both Auburn and Arkansas during the team’s worst season in the Mark Richt era. They choose to ignore that Georgia has as many starters returning in 2010 as Auburn and Arkansas. They choose to ignore that Georgia has the only coach that has proven anything in the SEC.
