RICHT’S JOB DEPENDS ON ‘BLOW OUT’ RECRUITING & SIGNING

facebooktwitterreddit

Simply put, with Vanderbilt still looking for a new coach, Tennessee with new coach Derek Dooley and in major rebuilding mode, Kentucky so bad they couldn’t even beat Vandy this year, and Florida going through the shock and awe of losing Meyer and getting a new coach, with no head coaching experience, the only competition Georgia faces to get to Atlanta next December is Spurrier’s Gamecocks.

Mark Richt needs to win the Eastern Division and the SEC Championship next year to keep his job.  At least that is what Mark Bradley of the Atlanta-Journal Constitution says, and I for one agree with him.  So, that being the case, Richt needs the bodies and athleticism to get there, and in some positions he needs immediate new help.  He has to seal the deal on not only the list of 2011 recruits who have already committed but also the fence sitters.  (source: bleacher report.com)

Mark, the gauntlet has been thrown!  Do you have what it takes to snatch these guys and keep them all the way to signing day?  Do you have what it takes to properly use the assets that will be at your disposal to win out the one season that there are no excuses?  2011 will tell the tale!  What do you think?
