Pink Jerseys:
Unless it is for breast cancer awareness, please, leave the pink out of sports. We are not at games to look cute (although some of us just can’t help it), we are there to watch our team. Wear your team’s colors. Georgia fans bleed red and black, and you should be proud to have those colors on at the game, in whatever combination you choose.
Pink just screams “I’m just a girl who doesn’t really care about football, but don’t I just look sooooo cute?”. Do you really want to look like Jessica Simpson in her Tony Romo jersey? Didn’t think so.
If you want to mix a little splash of pink in an accessory here and there just because you love the color so much, then ok. But as a primary color of a jersey or shirt (or skirt for that matter) without a proper cause is just silly.
Be true to your school and their colors. If you wanted to wear pink and green, you should have gone to….well, pink is not an official color of any American college or university, so there it is.
And try to keep in mind, no matter what top (or bottom) you decide on, you represent your school and your family…not Hooters.
