There are two things I love about the NFL–Watching my former Georgia Bulldogs have successful NFL careers and fantasy football.

  • Here I’ll combine both my loves of the NFL. If you are anything like me you love playing fantasy football, but you hate having to draft players you don’t like. Personally, I am proud to say I have never drafted a former Florida Gator and still manage to win every year in my work league (maybe that is the reason I win…but that has yet to be confirmed).

I always draft at least one former Dawg, but I have been known to stack my team with three or four because I just can’t help myself. It’s clear they are the most talented players in the league, and I say that unbiasedly. Did I sound convincing just then? No? Well I think they are, but maybe I am a little biased.

Today I am going to break down the former UGA players you should consider picking up in your fantasy league this season (unless you play in a league with me in which case stop reading this now!). These are all players who have been active in the NFL for at least one season. We’ll look at the rookies later.
