No. 2: Matthew Stafford, Quarterback – Detroit Lions
Number two is Detroit Lions quarterback, Matt Stafford. This former Dawg has really been coming into his own lately. If his offensive line can stop Green Bay from getting to him and give him some time in the pocket (which hasn’t been a problem for anyone else facing the Packers this season) I am sure he will connect with the powerhouse receivers the Lions have and really put up some numbers.
Just too many weapons for Stafford to find against what has been a very suspect Green Bay defense this season. Calvin Johnson is basically going to just run downfield and take jump balls the entire game.
I am predicting over 400 yards for Stafford and no interceptions, and at least two touchdown passes. He may even run one in again.
