Just as this was a very different week for the Georgia Bulldogs, this week’s Dawg Tweets is going to be a little different.

After UGA began investigating Todd Gurley for allegedly violating rules set forth by the the evil empire NCAA, the players took a twitter silence, and I would like to honor that by not posting any tweets by coaches or players. This week’s tweets will be tweets from fans only.
That shouldn’t be a problem, because between Gurley, Nick Chubb and a huge shutout win on the road at Missouri, fans had plenty to Tweet about, as you’ll see below.
@BassinDawg reminds us that our backfield has so much talent that Todd Gurley is not the only one that can jump.
#Dawgs UGA RB Brendan Douglas flips into the end zone https://t.co/4a14jSIsho Would watch again! #DawgsOverTheTop #DawgsOnTop

@2DayInGaHistory reminds us that today is an important day in UGA history. Boy do I wish tickets were still this price!
#ThisDayInGeorgiaHistory UGA played their first game at Sanford Stadium in 1929, tickets were $3.00. http://t.co/n3DCM89uJw

@BassinDawg takes a jab at Tech and reminds me why I love to follow him on twitter.

@BimboBriscoe has a nice picture from a Luke Bryan concert where the country star asks Todd Gurley supporters to hold up the number 3 in support.
@ESPNCFB shows Dr.Lou giving Nick Chubb his well-deserved helmet sticker. Way to go Chubb. I am excited to watch your career as a Dawg flourish!

@SethEmerson reminds us how accomplished our team was yesterday.
Georgia had never shut out a ranked opponent in its home stadium until today. This is first time it's ever happened in program history.

@epbilal has a great idea. I would vote for him!
Dawn of the Dawg’s own @GaSportsCraze takes a hard look at the Florida head coach.
Muschamp has the look of a man who is ready to start hosting tailgates and grilling steaks on Saturdays.

@BernieDawg has his opinions on Florida’s coaching staff also. He lets @DawgFan_1980 know his opinions are not welcome.
shut your gotdamn filthy mouth RT @DawgFan__1980: well damn, Muschamp is going to get fired.

@FletcherPage has this tweet that gives me a new plan for winning out. Who wants to piss the team off every week?
Hutson Mason: "Nobody gave us a chance to win (because of Gurley) and that pissed us off. There's 10 other guys on offense."
— Fletcher Page (@FletcherPage) October 11, 2014
And last, but certainly not least @RadiNabulsi reminds us how much of an improvement we have made on defense.
2013: #UGA lost to Missouri and Vanderbilt, giving up 72 points on defense

2014: The Bulldogs beat both teams by a combined score of 78-17
Now for the love of God can someone #FreeGurley
