Cocktail Party 2014: What NOT to Wear to the Georgia-Florida Game
Oh. my. dear.
It’s fine and well to wear a hat to a football game – I’ve done it. My husband wears one to every game. The last time I checked, bedazzling went out of style when I was in middle school – and that was in the early 1990’s.
A plain cowboy hat, fine. Yes, even an orange cowboy hat could be tolerable, but a bright orange bedazzled one? Now let’s talk about the gold alligator on top. This was a lady who was sitting directly in front of us at the 2013 Georgia-Florida game. Needless to say she was quiet most of the game since Florida chose not to challenge us (the ladies beside us left the game at the half).
Do you think you would EVER see a University of Georgia female fan wear a red cowboy hat with a bulldog on top? I didn’t think so.
