With Todd Gurley being suspended for two further games by the NCAA, you can believe that the Bulldog Nation would take to Twitter to voice their opinions.
Twitter was abuzz this morning after the NCAA handed down a ruling suspending Georgia running back Todd Gurley for two more games, and the reactions were pretty visceral, as to be expected.
Georgia fans were hoping to get Gurley back for the Cocktail Party against the Florida Gators, but now (unless an appeal is successful) they’ll have to wait until the Auburn Tigers come to visit Sanford Stadium to see their star running back in action.
Here’s a sampling of some of the ire displayed by the Bulldog Nation.
Todd Gurley has to serve his other 2 games of suspension but Community Service and Restitution? Tell NCAA to shove those please!

Happy to see the @NCAA is cracking down on real criminals like Todd Gurley. The @NCAA is a beacon of righteousness in this dark world.

Bryan Allen’s goal was to have Todd Gurley miss the UGA/FL game. Nice job NCAA.

$3000 in 2 years? With 20hr work weeks Todd Gurley worked for $1.44 per hr. The NCAA is mad? GTFOH. Millionaires mad about kid making $1 LOL

Hey @NCAA, True or false: If Todd Gurley had beaten his pregnant girlfriend he'd be eligible right now. Go ahead, we're all listening.

Todd Gurley reinstated, but will miss Florida game. Congrats, Chubb...you get to put the next nail in Will Muschamp's coffin.

But – There are many who feel that nothing unfair has been handed down by the NCAA
I love my Dawgs but I have no use for blatant rule violations. So I have no sympathy whatsoever for Todd Gurley. None at all. #UGA

NCAA may have dumb rules but that's no excuse for Todd Gurley. He's caused damage. #UGA. Quick blog: http://t.co/7LSxlhTy90

My opinion is let the optimism of an appeal go. #UGA fans should wish Todd Gurley freed himself before ever getting in this position.

Very disappointing, Todd Gurley. You were warned and kept doing it? Selfish.
