No. 1: Tennessee Titans

If you don’t think former LSU quarterback Zach Mettenberger wouldn’t relish the idea of having Gurley behind him, then you’re out of your SEC-lovin’ mind.

The Titans are a team still rebuilding, and they’ve yet to replace the production given to them for a number of seasons by Chris Johnson. They have their QB of the future in Mettenberger, and they’ve spent a lot of time and money rebuilding their offensive line to protect him.

Now they just need a quality running back.

Shonn Greene and Dexter McCluster aren’t cutting the mustard in Nashville, and without a running game to speak of, defensive linemen are licking their chops and digging in to go after Mettenberger. Head coach Ken Whisenhunt loves having a back who can pound the ball, and he’s going to need to get things rolling if he wants to stay in his position.

The Titans are going to have an early pick in the first round, and might just say that Gurley is worth the investment.
