Point guard play: B

J. J. Frazier is 14th  in the country in assist turnover ratio (3.4) and a lofty third nationally in free throw shooting at 93%. The little man is scoring over 8 points a game. Give Frazier an A.

Charles Mann’s assist/turnover ratio is 1.3 while scoring 11 points and 5 rebounds per game. With double-digit scoring, we’ll assign a grade of C+.

Point guard is definitely a group project for the Dawgs right now, but perhaps it’s time to give the ball to Frazier full-time. Frazier stats sparkle and so does his play. He gets the loose ball then gets his teammates the ball. Charles Mann is key to this team. He is a physical beast and carried the Dawgs in the past. But the proof is in the pudding and Frazier is cooking on the front burner right now.
