National Signing Day 2015: Who are Georgia’s Top Remaining Targets?

No. 2 – Donte Jackson, Athlete

You want speed and explosiveness, then you want Donte Jackson, a 4-star athlete out of New Orleans, La. (Riverdale H.S.).

Jackson is the No. 3 player in the state of Louisiana, and the No. 7 athlete in the nation per 247 Sports composite rankings. He’s a player that can do it all, and can come in and fit any number of roles for a team.

He comes in a 5’11 and 164 pounds, and has been clocked at a 4.3 forty-yard dash. That type of lightning would be huge for the Bulldogs.

Likelihood of Commitment to Georgia – Jackson is seriously considering two schools right now, Georgia and LSU. The needle has pointed at both schools throughout his recruitment, and the addition of Schottenheimer at UGA could swing things our way. He has an official visit to Georgia coming up on Jan. 16 and then one at LSU on the 23rd. Those could be deciding factors. We’re calling it Georgia’s.
