No. 6 – CeCe Jefferson, Defensive End

Jefferson is a 5-star defensive end prospect out of Glen Saint Mary, Fl. (Baker Co. H.S.), who checks in at a solid 6-foot-2 and 275 pounds.

Rated as the No. 3 player in the state of Florida and the No. 2 strong-side defensive end in the nation by 247 Sports (as well as the No. 5 player in the nation) this kid will be a game-changer.

With offers from 33 schools, Jefferson has his pick of anywhere he’d like. Jeremy Pruitt and John Lilly have been working on him all year to consider Georgia.

Likelihood of Commitment to Georgia – Ole Miss has the inside track to landing Jefferson at the moment, but Alabama, Florida, Florida State and Georgia are all right there as well. Pruitt was recruiting Jefferson when he was still at FSU, and that could help the Bulldogs chances. 50/50 we see Jefferson committing to the G.
