After all the money Kentucky just spend to keep Stoops around, the fans have to feel like they’ve got that huge diamond engagement ring on their Visa bill.

Wildcats fans are just hoping he’s the one, after being spurned and mistreated by so many others. Stoops says all the right things, and got the approval of the parents, but can he do the job of supporting this team that’s needed?

This may be a long engagement that never turns into a marriage, but you never know how these things work out. They could be celebrating some wedding anniversaries in years to come.

Coach Stoops, they put a ring on it…you’d better do them right.
