He’s got the relationship going in the right direction, and things look promising.

But Arkansas is a fragile partner who came out of an abusive relationship with Bobby Petrino a few years back, and they’ll still be cautious before committing completely. For right now, the Hogs are content to hold hands and show a little PDA for coach Bret.

He can win these folks over, he’s just got to make sure he doesn’t do anything to create flashbacks. God forbid he ever have a midlife crisis and go out and buy a motorcycle, or this one will be over a in a big hurry.
