Offensive Linemen – Ben Jones (2008-2011), David Andrews (2011-2014)

You hate to play favorites and pick centers when choosing offensive linemen, but both Ben Jones and David Andrews were the respective anchors of their offensive lines, and both deserve to be here.

Unlike defensive linemen, there aren’t a lot of stats to track for an offensive lineman, except to say that while these guys were clearing a path and protecting their quarterbacks, the Georgia offense rolled to some record numbers in both passing and receiving.

The thing that stands out about both players is that they were both essentially career starters (with Andrews appearing in 10 games during Jones’ senior year), and never wavered or looked to be challenged. The position of center at Georgia has been in excellent hands for seven straight seasons.
