More from Georgia Football

Ganus had an excellent Spring with the Bulldogs, and made an impact on coaches and teammates,  one of the big reason he joined Nick ChubbIsaiah McKenzie and others as one of the Spring award winners.

The Chelsea, Al. native is getting a second chance at Georgia, after UAB shut down their football program following the 2014 season. At a position where the Bulldogs can use some depth, he’s proven to be even more and could challenge for a starting spot this Fall.

Ganus was awarded the Coffee County Hustle Award on defense, presented annually to players showing the most desire during spring drills on both offense and defense. Running back Nick Chubb and Isaiah McKenzie were the offensive winners for 2015.
