Georgia’s place kicking game looks to be good with record-setting kicker Marshall Morgan returning. The punting needs an upgrade, so hopefully we’ll see more coffin corners and fair catches from Collin Barber this season after a sub-par 2014.
The kick coverage is always the question with Georgia’s special teams. This will be the second season that Mark Richt has appointed special teams coordinators (as opposed to a definitive coach), and if last season’s improvement is an indication then the Dawgs may not see some of those coverage lapses that happened in previous years.
