Losses: Georgia, @ Ole Miss, @ South Carolina, Missouri, @ Florida, Kentucky, Texas A&M, @Tennessee

Breakdown: I thought long and hard about picking the Commodores over Kentucky, but I just don’t see it happening.

  • Don’t get me wrong, this Vandy team is better than the previous edition.

    They will make improvements in head coach Derek Mason’s 2nd year on the job, but not enough to win a game in league play, I’m afraid. I think they’ll come very close a few times thanks, to tailback Ralph Webb and what should be an improved defense, but until the Commodores figure out their quarterback mess, they won’t win in the SEC.

    So there you have it folks. Predictions for each SEC team. And for those of you doing the math at home, Arkansas and Georgia will meet in Atlanta for the SEC Championship Game based on these predictions.
