What Now?

Hindsight is 20-20, but the best response to the departure of Bobo was to elevate Coach Friend to offensive coordinator. That train is long gone.

Add together the running back and wide receiver injuries, quarterback recruiting misses, and a poor coaching transition and you have an offense that cannot break the goal line. Toss in a terrible bounce in minute 58 against Tennessee, and the Georgia season is ugly.

So what now? Give the ball to Faton Bauta – he’s tough enough to take the lumps and get better. Get your best players on special teams – the offense isn’t going far anyway.

Play defense and then go recruit.
