30 – Aaron Murray
What if the Georgia defensive backs knock down Auburn’s last gasp pass in 2013? That question reveals the astounding success Aaron Murray had as quarterback for Georgia, because with a win, his record against Tennessee, Florida, Auburn and Georgia Tech would be an astounding 14 – 2, undefeated his final three seasons. Despite current policy, Murray’s jersey would be retired.

Murray arrived at Georgia already a hero, having spurned his lifelong favored team, the Florida Gators to wear the Red and Black. He left with a remarkable won loss record against Georgia’s biggest rivals and a truckload of personal accomplishments.
Murray finished with SEC career records for completion, passing yards, TD passes and total offense. He became the first QB in SEC history to throw for over 3,000 yards in four straight seasons and led Georgia to the 2012 SEC Championship game.
