10 Things Georgia Bulldog fans should be thankful for this year

3. Great recruiting classes

As of Thanksgiving, Georgia has the no. 3 recruiting class for 2017 according to 247 Sports. This recruiting class is headlined by the no. 2 safety in the country Richard LeCounte III.

The rest of the commitment list includes some of the most highly sought after players from almost every position on the field like quarterback Jake Fromm, defensive end Robert Beal, offensive tackle Andrew Thomas.

Mark Fox signed a couple of future Bulldogs in November for his 2017 class. Four-star Rayshaun Hammonds signed on the 10th. The Norcross native is the no. 12 power forward in the nation and the no. 7 player in the state of Georgia. The second signee is three-star Nicolas Claxton, the no. 4 player in South Carolina and the no. 42 small forward in the nation.
