Jordan Harris

The freshman Harris was a great scorer in high school averaging 30.5 points per game at Seminole County High School. He was brought in to be the next great scorer in Athens. Currently he’s battling for more minutes on the court, but against Garder-Webb he scored seven points in 12 minutes.

He was one of only two bench players to score against Kansas, Edwards was the other. Harris had five points in 17 minutes versus George Washington and four points in 15 minutes versus Furman. Against UNC Asheville he scored three points in only three minutes and he didn’t appear in the season opener at Clemson.

More from Dawn of the Dawg

He’s earning more time on the court and that’s going to lead to more points because the kid has a good jump shot. Certainly most of his potential won’t be realized until next year after a year under his belt, but there’s a lot for him to accomplish this season.
