With the SEC tournament coming up, Georgia basketball fans have some excitement on the horizon. Although it will be a big underdog for much of the tournament, UGA will be hoping for a few shockers. Our writer Kaleb Whitaker wrote a fantastic preview of just what Georgia would have to do win out that can be found here.

Georgia undoubtedly has a tough challenge ahead with several top teams in the SEC this year. Kentucky is currently the #8 ranked team in the country and the tournament favorite. Florida is currently the only other top 25 team in the nation coming in at #17 but there is plenty of depth. Both Arkansas and South Carolina have deep squads and both could challenge for the overall title.

Teams like Ole Miss and Alabama could also cause an upset and UGA certainly has a chance to create one too. Who knows, with J.J Fraizer playing like a man possessed and Yante Maten possibly returning, anything is possible. Download FanSided’s SEC tournament bracket below and get your predictions drawn up!
