With South Carolina Heading to the Final 4, Georgia Basketball fans are likely wondering just how they did it. They don’t have a super coach that everyone knows. They don’t seem to attract particularly highly ranked classes. The Gamecocks also don’t seem to do anything spectacularly well other than play defense.

But here they are, just two wins away from a national championship. So is it possible that UGA and their program can learn anything from how South Carolina? Can the Bulldogs get a blueprint from the Gamecocks as to how to build a stronger basketball program in a football dominated school?

If they can, it’s likely going to take a couple of big changes, so what might those things look like?
