If there’s one program that is crushing it right now for the dawgs, its the tennis. The womens team has lost only two series so far this year and has been on an absolute tear through the SEC the past month. The Mens team has only lost 1 tie since March and just secured a share of the SEC title. In short, these two programs have become some of the most dominant tennis teams in the country right now.

In what was a pretty classy move, Kirby Smart took the football team to watch the men’s tennis team this past week. Of course, they were playing the old rival Florida and I’m sure it did the football team no harm to see the tennis boys teach the Gators a lesson with a 6-1 thrashing.

Again another awesome video by the UGA athletics department. It’s also really great to see Georgia using the football team to bring awareness to some of the other athletic teams that are doing so well for UGA right now. As an avid tennis fan myself, I hope this encourages more people to go and watch the dawgs when you get a chance.
