Wait, no recruits in Athens this week?

Well yes, we’re not going to be seeing recruits in Athens for a few weeks. With Spring training now over, coaches are now back out on the road. So recruits are going to be having coaches come to them rather than the other way around.

Its that time of year where coaches go into recruits home and really spend some quality time with them. As head coach, Kirby is restricted by how much he can do but the rest of the coaches are not. This is the main reason why it’s about building a strong recruiting staff, this is the sort of time where coaches make their money.

It’s pretty tough for us to know exactly who is visiting who at this point. Unless a recruit like Jashawn Sheffield tweets out that he’s met with a coach, we won’t know either. This was pretty much the only tweet that was sent out this weekend. But keep an eye on DotD for future insights!
