The Facts:

Robert Beal was a Defensive End in high school, but Georgia Football fans can expect to see him standing up as a Outside Linebacker. Coming into Georgia at 6’4 and 240lbs, Beal has the size to make contributions to the team immediately. He may not get onto the field much at the position he will play long term, but don’t be shocked to see him on special teams. Beal has been selected All-State once in Georgia, and that was in 2015. He transferred over to IMG Academy before last season, and played for them down in Florida.

In his one season at he recorded 1 interception that he returned 21 yards for a touchdown. He accumulated 7 total tackles, with a total of 18 combined tackles. He also recorded 4 quarterback hurries. All of this was throughout 5 total games, because mid-way through he transferred to Peachtree Ridge high school.
