2017 class at Track meetings

Ending the week on a positive, a few of the 2017 UGA recruiting class were showing off their speed this weekend. Linebacker Nate McBride and DB Tray Bishop were both representing their high schools one last time this weekend. They will be officially starting in Athens in a couple of weeks so this was their last chance to win something for their home schools.

McBride managed to win both the 100m and 200m in his schools class. That’s pretty insane considering the guy is considered to be a 230lb  inside linebacker. Bishop also won the 100m in his schools class. He’s another big athelte, coming in at 6-2 and he looks like he’s added muscle since he committed.

Credit to Dawgnation’s Jeff Sentell for the videos. It’s somewhat surreal to see two people that big out run so fast. It’s going to be super exciting to see them both get into Athens!
