Dawgnation.com’s Chip Towers is reporting that last week, the University of Georgia filed a police report regarding alleged theft or mishandling of prescription pills.

Georgia’s men’s Head Coach Manny Diaz is listed on the police report as the reporting party. He confirmed to Towers that he did report the incident to school AD Greg McGarity but did not go into any more details. McGarity also did not comment for the story. Towers has Diaz as quoted saying:

"“Yes I did; that’s true,” Diaz said when asked if he was the one who brought the alleged crime to the attention of police. “I reported it to (Athletic Director) Greg (McGarity) because I thought it was the right thing to do. That’s it.”"
