Hunter played as a hand-in-the-dirt defensive linemen for his high school. He showed the ability to be elusive when it comes to making sure offensive linemen can not land a good punch. He doesn’t let offensive linemen control him or beat him to the point of attack. Shows a great first step from the snap of the ball.

Hunter is great at maintaining gap responsibility when the opposing team employs a rushing attack. He controls the offensive linemen, so that he can shed either inside or outside depending on the running back. Does a great job of chopping his feet and breaking down waiting on the running back to cut or make a move. Doesn’t let to many people get past him. Shows a great motor, willing to chase down any play regardless how far away he is from it.
