Mark Webb is a 6’2 wide receiver and weighing in at 195lbs. A four-star prospect according to 247sports composite ranking, also the 22nd ranked wide receiver in the nation. Selected as first-team all-state the past two seasons in Pennsylvania. He is the cousin of Georgia signee D’Andre Swift, and they had talked about playing together in college from the jump of their recruitment.
