The biggest concern for most receivers coming out of high school is their ability to run block. There is nothing that says Webb will not be a good run blocker in the future. But there is also nothing that says he is going to want to block. He has the size to be a solid blocker as a receiver, the question is will he embrace blocking. That will determine a lot about how much he will see the field early on.

Webb is a solid route runner, but he will have to continue to expand his route tree. He has the make up to be a very good possession receiver much like a Michael Bennett kind of guy, but quicker. But everything will depend on his ability to add more routes to his tree, and his ability to consistently catch balls thrown his way.
