I have experienced this one personally. My job required one of my co workers and I to get measurements of the underground concrete culvert that it runs through. Tanyard Creek runs under Lumpkin Street and eventually under the stadium itself. It’s around 8 feet wide in most spots.  It can be seen between Legion Field and the dining commons on Lumpkin Street. It’s actually a nice looking creek with rock shoals in places and even has a lovely rock bridge over it.
