Does this effect UGA and the man they call ‘Zeus‘?

While it sucks to miss out on a potential impact back, there could be a silver lining for Dawg fans. Zamir White is the nations #1 overall running back this year for a reason. He’s an incredibly talented prospect and UGA have been pushing to bring him in for some time. Georgia have been reported to be leading the race to win Zeus’ signature for a long time. However, several big 10 and Buckeye reporters have recently said that they think he might end up in Columbus.

After not being particularly in the race for him, Urban Meyer has really stepped up his pursuit of White and several people think that is where he will end up. Personally, I think the Teague signing could halt that particular momentum. Ohio State already has the commitment of All Purpose Back Jaelen Gill, Ohio’s #2 overall ranked player. It also has the commitment of Brian Snead, the nations #4 ranked RB. Throw in Teague and that is 3 highly rated RB’s in one class already.
