Football aside, we also learned some interesting things about the basketball team this weekend. Seth Emerson of Dawgnation.com reported who their opponents would be in 2018. As well as their normal home and home opponents of Auburn, South Carolina and Florida, this year they will also play 2 games against Tennessee and LSU.

Emerson reports:

"Georgia will host Alabama, Arkansas, LSU, Ole Miss, Tennessee and Texas A&M, South Carolina, Auburn and Florida. The Bulldogs’ road opponents are Kentucky, LSU, Mississippi State, Missouri, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, South Carolina, Auburn and Florida."

Georgia will also play the following non conference teams in the season:

Temple, Cal State Fullerton, DePaul, Harvard, St. Joseph’s, Saint Mary’s, San Diego State, Washington State, Marquette, UMass, Kansas State, Georgia Tech, Bryant, USC-Upstate, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and Winthrop.
