SEC schedule

I already talked about the SEC schedule in more detail so we’ll just go over the important parts of the schedule. Mainly that means only having to play Kentucky once, in Lexington however.

More from Dawn of the Dawg

besides the teams Georgia plays twice every year; South Carolina (26-11, 12-6), Florida 27-9, 14-4) and Auburn (18-14, 7-11), the Bulldogs play home-and-home against Tennessee (16-16, 8-10) and LSU (10-21, 2-16). Auburn and Tennessee, much like Georgia, were better than their records showed last season.

Auburn is a better coached team that Tennessee, of course the Tigers have former Tennessee coach Bruce Pearl. LSU however was one of the worst teams in the SEC last year so Georgia should definitely sweep the Bayou Bengals.

Georgia must also defeat South Carolina and Florida at least once each. Getting swept by them will hurt the Bulldogs again if they don’t have 20 wins by the time the tournament begins. Basically, in those 10 games, Georgia should go 7-3, at least 6-4. Anything less will be a disappointment.
