Rick Sandidge is a very exciting defensive tackle prospect. South Carolina was considered a dead cert for him, but new UGA D-Line coach Tray Scott has a great relationship with him. He’s seriously considering Georgia at the moment and its a great sign that Georgia are able to bring him to Athens soon. Georgia has a great history with top DT’s they can point to. Kirby Smart certainly does as well. Hopefully Sandidge can be the next in that line.

Trey Dean was in Athens this weekend alongside Marquez Ezzard. Both are key priorities for the 2018 class. This was the final weekend schools can have players on campus before the dead period starts. It’s good to see two players like this in Athens right now. Dean is expected to announced his commitment by the end of July.
