Chances of a UGA win?

It all depends on who is able to improve the most from 2016. As I mentioned in the last slide, the UGA running game vs the Notre Dame rush defense is the key here. I think Georgia has a chance, but ultimately I believe it might just be a bit too early for the dawgs. With it only being the second game in the season, I don’t know if Georgia’s rookies will be able to improve the offensive line that much. I can see the line coming together as the season comes on, but I’m just not sure that’s going to happen within 2 games. I think that the Irish’s defense has a better chance of improving than the UGA offensive line. Coaching changes, especially with more senior players is more likely to result in improvement then talented freshmen.

When you add that to the chance that Brandon Wimbush could be who Notre Dame think he is, I think this might end up being a tall task for the dawgs. With this game being in South Bend and a night game, this is absolutely a must win for Notre Game. If they lose this, then they could be looking at a second poor season in a row.

This team has to win or they can likely say goodbye to their coaches. I believe this is going to be close, but I also think that this might just be a bit too far for Georgia in the end. I like Eason, I just don’t know if he’ll be quite ready to win this game so early in the season. However, for me, this would be a respectable loss. I expect this Notre Dame team to win 9 or 10 games this year, so taking an away loss as the Georgia team continues to gel together is nothing to be ashamed of.

Penny Prediction: UGA make it close but lose at the end. 1 – 1
