What do they do well:

Last season, Missouri really ramped up their offensive production. Their scoring average improved by nearly 18 points from 2015. That is an incredible jump in one year. Drew Lock is one of those players who could light up the SEC this year. He had a really promising sophomore campaign and threw for just under 3400 yards and 23 touchdowns. He had games where he destroyed defenses but seemed to have a habit of making terrible mistakes at really bad times. Against Georgia he threw for 376 yards and 3TDs. But his 3 interceptions helped UGA claw their way back into that game and summed up his inconsistencies.

It’s not just Lock though. Missouri was the only team in the SEC to have a 3000 yard passer, a 1000 yard receiver and a 1000 yard rusher in 2016. All of those players will return for 2017 so they clearly have talent. J’Mon Moore is a big play weapon who tore UGA apart last season. Yes he fumbled on the final play of the game to help Georgia seal the win. But he also accounted for 196 yards and 2TDs on just 8 catches. If Georgia don’t do a better job on him this season, he could make them pay.

Damarea Crockett was a true freshman last year and was still finding his feet when Georgia played Mizzou. He finished the season really strong however and needs to be accounted for. If he continues to improve, Missouri will have a really well balanced attack and UGA will have to be on their game to stop them.
