What do they do well:
While we might not know who is going to throw the passes, we do know that the Gators have plenty of weapons. Antonio Callaway is a breakout weapon whenever he touches the ball. He averaged 14.5 yards every time he touched the ball in 2016. However, there are some off the field issues swirling around him. Florida as a school is being investigated for the way they handled a sexual assault charge regarding Callaway 2 years ago.
He was suspended for the 2016 off season but there’s a chance this story carries over into this season. If it does, there is a chance he could miss some time. When he does play, he’s going to be lethal and UGA does not have any defensive backs who can stop him. He is more than likely the most dangerous WR Georgia will face in 2017.
We’re going to have to wait and see what their defense looks like in 2017. They were good at pretty mcuh everything in 2016 but they lost a lot of players. Quincey Wilson and Teez Tabor were the top CB tandam in the nation and it was incredibly tough to throw on them. That’s why teams on average threw for less than 150 yards against them.
