ESPN’s Holly Rowe impressed by the offensive line

Thursday, Holly Rowe was in Athens to visit a Georgia practice. Later that night on Twitter, Rowe called herself an offensive line snob and that Georgia’s impressed her.

More speculation on Jake Fromm possibly redshirting

Saturday, Kirby Smart was once again asked about the possibility of Jake Fromm redshirting. He responded saying: “I don’t know if you can think about that right now… You’ve got to let things happen as they happen. It’s not a conversation where we say, `What do we have to do to let Jake Fromm redshirt,’ what do we have to do to make Jake Fromm play?

“That’s not in consideration. We’ve got to develop Jake Fromm as fast as possible because as of today he’s one play away from playing,” he said.

Formally announcing that Jake Fromm will redshirt this year will end up being a waste if Jacob Eason gets injured. But If Eason stays healthy and Fromm doesn’t play, then the coaches can still redshirt Fromm. Regardless of what Smart announces, I expect Fromm to enter 2018 as a redshirt freshman.
