Georgia football defeated Appalachian State last night 31-10 to open the 2017 season.

With a 31-10 win for Georgia last night against Appalachian State, you wouldn’t think there would be anything to complain about. But some members of the Georgia football team did not have their best performance.

These are the players, coaches and staff who need to improve before Georgia’s game next week against Notre Dame. If they struggle, Georgia’s going to have a hard time leaving South Bend with a victory.

The offensive line

Up front, Georgia played decent. Don’t let the 200 rushing yards fool you, the offensive line did not play great. Georgia shouldn’t need to resort to the hurry-up to move the ball and score points. They should be able to let the quarterback go through all of his progressions and to open holes for the running backs.

They definitely looked better than they did last season, but Georgia will need better to achieve all of our goals we have set for 2017.
