Georgia football crushed Appalachian State 31-10 in their season opener. A lot of Bulldogs stepped up to lead the team to the lopsided win.

Many in the Bulldog Nation were expecting a tough, hard-fought battle with the Mountaineers. But that’s not what we got. Instead, Georgia football took a 31-0 lead into the games final minutes and eventually walked out with a blissful 31-10 win.

In those 60 minutes, a lot of players, both newcomers and veterans, put together impressive performances. On defense, we watched an abundance of guys play fantastic games. On offense, we saw a freshman emerge at quarterback and the running backs play the way we all expect them too.

Here’s a short list of players who had the biggest nights for Georgia in the season opener against Appalachian State.
