Mississippi State

We really didn’t learn anything about Mississippi State this past weekend. Their expected to be a middle-of-the-pack team in the SEC West and they shut out Charleston Southern 49-0.

The Buccaneers weren’t a bad team in 2016, they finished 7-4 and their only bad loss was against Florida State 52-7. So a 49-0 win over them is a good sign for Mississippi State fans, but the Bulldogs didn’t show how good of a team they can be.

We’ll learn a lot more about them this week when they play Louisiana Tech. Then we’ll learn a lot more after that when the Bulldogs meet the LSU Tigers.
