There are weapons everywhere on offense.

There is another reason I want to see Eason back as soon as possible. Because good lord do we have a lot of weapons this year. The offense looks completely transformed on that front and if we can find efficient QB play and a solid O-line, then watch out.

Terry Godwin’s catch was… I mean, are there words that describe it? It was just incredible. He might not have dominated the game, but he showed at times just how talented he is. Javon Wims came up big again and showed that he can be a real fixture in this offense. Riley Ridley was barely used but looked good when he was in. There is so much more talent at wideout than last year.

We barely used our tight ends against ND and that’s crazy, we have great tight ends. Mecole Hardman showed flashes of what he could be. Yes, he had a bad drop and he will have more. He has only been playing receiver for 6 months so catching isn’t natural. But boy is he explosive, he looks like a big play waiting to happen whenever he touches the ball.

Then you have the running backs. Chubb and Michel are both raring to go. If they are used properly they can control games and run down defenses. D’Andre Swift showed out again and fans have to be excited to see him in the game more. There are weapons everywhere on this offense if we can just find a way to use them.
